Dairy Block

Branded Placemaking
Experiential Design
Signage + Wayfinding

Dairy Block is a mixed-use destination in Denver’s historic LoDo neighborhood that brought together hospitality, retail, office, food and beverage, and public space within a single city block. I worked as part of the team responsible for translating that larger vision into a cohesive signage, wayfinding, and placemaking system, beginning with a comprehensive sign plan that established the framework for both the development and its individual tenants. From there, the work expanded into custom identification, dimensional signage, wayfinding, and a series of more expressive branded moments throughout the property. The design had to balance the distinct personalities of the hotel, restaurants, retail, market, and office spaces while still making the block feel connected as one experience. That mix of structure and individuality became a defining part of the project, helping transform Dairy Block into a layered, active destination
